Mozzarella Sticks
- 1 egg
- 1 12 cups Italian seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons kraft parmesan cheese (grated)
- 1 (12 ounce) package mozzarella string cheese
- In a bowl, beat egg until frothy.
- In another bowl, combine bread crumbs and parmesan.
- Cut each cheese stick in half (package contains 12 sticks, should have 24 sticks after slicing).
- Coat sticks in egg, then in bread crumb mixture.
- Repeat (you want the sticks to be well coated).
- After sticks are coated, place in freezer for 2 hours.

- Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.
- Put mozzarella sticks in deep fryer for about 4 minutes (watch closely so the sticks don't burn).
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce --- ranch, marinara, or barbecue!
