Cheesy Taco Dip
- 1 lb ground meat I've used beef turkey and deer all are great
- 1 clove garlic peeled and chopped
- 1 can salsa whatever you like I use chunky med.
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 envelope Taco season
- 1 stick velvetta cheese
- 1 stick Mexican velvetta cheese
- 1 can corn
- In hot skillet cook ground meat add chopped onion, garlic, garlic powder, salt and pepper and half of the taco season.
- When done drain well.
- In your crackpot add the velvetta cheese.
- I only use half of the Mexican velvetta.
- The more you use the Spicer it will be.
- Add the cooked meat mixture, salsa and corn.
- Let the cheese melt down once you can stir it add the rest of the taco season to your taste.
- You're done it will taste great just as is but I like to set up a nacho bar with sour cream lettuce fresh diced tomatoes and jalapeno peppers.
- Eat with chips pretzels or whatever you like.
