Easy Kale Chips

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. Remove kale leaves from stem and tear into bite size pieces.
  3. (If using pre-packaged kale leaves, you can skip this part.)
  4. Wash and thoroughly dry kale with a salad spinner.
  5. (I dont have a salad spinner so I just pat with paper towels.)
  6. Make sure they are dry because soggy kale chips are not goodtrust me!
  7. Put leaves into a big bowl, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic salt.
  8. Mix together with clean hands.
  9. I know its messy but trust me, its the best way.
  10. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees F for approximately 30 minutes or until edges are golden brown.
  11. Turn chips after about 15 minutes.
  12. Tip: Put a piece of parchment paper on your cookie sheet and place kale chips on the paper.
  13. It makes for a much easier cleanup!
