Southern fried Chicken

  1. Rince chicken in cold water.
  2. Sprinkle each piece with Mrs.
  3. Dash.
  4. Place flour in a dish or bag, dip or shake to coat.
  5. Place chicken in a non-stick skillet sprayed with vegetable oil spray.
  6. Place over medium heat.
  7. Add 2-3 Tbsp water and cover.
  8. Cook until brown on 1 side.
  9. Turn and cook until browned on other side.
  10. Add small amount of water from time to time if needed.
