GAAaaarlic Jelly

  1. In a large saucepan combine butter& garlic.
  2. Cook stirring constantly until the garlic is light& golden in color (3-4 Minutes).
  3. Add sugar& vinegar, stirring until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a boil.
  4. Stir in the pectin.
  5. Boil 1 minute, stirring constantly.
  6. Remove from heat.
  7. Skim foam from the top of jelly.
  8. Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
