Sure-Bet Macaroons
- 1 pint Orange sherbet
- 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
- 1 -2 tablespoon almond extract
- 2 (7 ounce) packages coconut (6 cups)
- Soften sherbet in large bowl.
- Add cake mix and almond extract.
- Blend just until well mixed.
- Stir in coconut.
- drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet.
- Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes.
