Sure-Bet Macaroons

• 1 pint Orange sherbet
• 1 (18 ounce) package white cake mix
• 1 -2 tablespoon almond extract
• 2 (7 ounce) packages coconut (6 cups)

1. Soften sherbet in large bowl.
2. Add cake mix and almond extract.
3. Blend just until well mixed.
4. Stir in coconut.
5. drop by teaspoonsful on greased cookie sheet.
6. Bake at 350 for 10-13 minutes.
