Mincemeat Banana Bread Recipe

  1. Grease and flour a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan; set aside.
  2. Break up mincemeat in a small bowl; add in brandy and soak till soft.
  3. Stir together flour, baking pwdr and salt; set aside.
  4. Beat together bananas, corn syrup, lowfat milk, sugar, corn oil and egg in a large bowl.
  5. Beat in mincemeat.
  6. Fold in flour mix.
  7. Turn into prepared pan.
  8. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 1/2 hrs.
  9. Cold on wire rack for 5 min.
  10. Remove from pan cold completely.
