Sherry Vinaigrette

• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 2 teaspoons chopped shallots
• 1 tablespoon sherry wine vinegar
• 3 tablespoons olive oil

1. Combine mustard, shallots and vinegar.
2. Whisk in olive oil.
