Chop-Chop Szechuan

  1. Slice pork into 18 inch strips.
  2. Heat oil in large skillet or wok over medium-high heat until hot.
  3. Add pork and stir fry until lightly browned.
  4. Stir in rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy sauce.
  5. Cook 1 to 2 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
  6. Microwave Oven Instructions: Omit vegetable oil.
  7. Place sliced pork in 2 to 3-quart baking dish.
  8. Cover with waxed paper.
  9. Cook on HIGH 4 minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, or until meat is no longer pink.
  10. Drain liquid from dish.
  11. Add rice, snow peas, pineapple, almonds, pepper, and soy Cook on HIGH 3 to 4 minutes, or until thoroughly heated, stirring after 2 minutes.
