Slow-Cooked Chicken & Dumplings

  1. Combine chicken, broth, onions, celery and carrots in slow cooker; cover with lid.
  2. Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours (or on HIGH for 3-1/2 hours).
  3. Add peas and cream cheese product; stir until well blended.
  4. Mix egg, stuffing mix and water until well blended.
  5. Drop stuffing mixture, 2 heaping tablespoonfuls at a time, onto chicken mixture in slow cooker.
  6. Cook, covered, an additional 30 min on HIGH.
  7. Turn off slow cooker.
  8. Let stand 15 min.
  9. before serving.
