Cobblers cups
- 2 peaches
- 350 ml pink fruity wine
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 1/2 cup bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 1 butter
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup oatmeal
- Preheat oven 350
- Combine peaches, wine, sugar.
- Let sit for 30 min, or longer.
- Afterwards; Strain liquid and dash peaches with cinnamon
- Mix milk and Bisquick let proof for 15 min
- Using a well floured rolling pin and board roll to about 1/4" (in) thick.
- Using a mason jar lid cut out.
- Put rounds in greased cupcake tin.
- Add peaches into center of dough.
- Create a cup by pushing down.
- Melt butter and brown sugar, mix with the oatmeal sprinkle on top of peaches
- Bake for 15-20 min.
