Cobblers cups

  1. Preheat oven 350
  2. Combine peaches, wine, sugar.
  3. Let sit for 30 min, or longer.
  4. Afterwards; Strain liquid and dash peaches with cinnamon
  5. Mix milk and Bisquick let proof for 15 min
  6. Using a well floured rolling pin and board roll to about 1/4" (in) thick.
  7. Using a mason jar lid cut out.
  8. Put rounds in greased cupcake tin.
  9. Add peaches into center of dough.
  10. Create a cup by pushing down.
  11. Melt butter and brown sugar, mix with the oatmeal sprinkle on top of peaches
  12. Bake for 15-20 min.
