Tomato Cream Cheese Aspic Recipe
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 (8 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
- 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lemon Jello
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- Minced celery (optional)
- Minced green pepper (optional)
- Grated onion (optional)
- Lettuce
- Hard boiled egg slices
- Heat soup, stirring to keep from sticking.
- Add in cheese and beat till smooth.
- Stir in Jello that has been dissolved in 1/2 c. water.
- Add in mayonnaise and stir till smooth.
- Add in minced celery, minced pepper, grated onion in desired amount you like.
- Chill.
- Serve, congealed on lettuce, garnished with egg slices.
- Shrimp or possibly crab meat may be added to the gelatin if you like.
