Caribbean Burger

  1. Mix pineapple, onions, tomatoes and crushed red pepper until well blended; cover and refrigerate several hours to allow flavors to blend.
  2. Cook burgers as directed on package.
  3. For each serving: Place 1 lettuce leaf on bottom half of bun; top with 1 burger and #12 scoop of the pineapple salsa.
  4. Cover with top half of bun.
