Cream Pasta Soup
- 200 grams Pasta
- 1/3 Cabbage
- 40 grams Bacon
- 1 Frozen shrimps
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Grated garlic
- 400 ml Milk
- 15 grams Butter
- 1/2 tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 2 Soup stock cubes
- 50 ml Broth from the pasta
- 1 Salt
- 1 Black pepper
- Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut the bacon into thin strips.
- Leave the shrimps to thaw.
- Begin to boil the pasta (cook it so that it still has a firm bite).
- Add the olive and oil and garlic into a frying pan and place it over heat.
- Once the garlic is fragrant, begin to stir-fry the bacon, cabbage, and shrimps in that order.
- Mix in the ingredients and let the mixture simmer.
- Next, pour in the broth form the pasta, along with the pasta itself, and let the ingredients simmer together for 1 minute.
- Adjust the flavour of the pasta soup with salt.
- Transfer the pasta soup to a plate and sprinkle some black pepper over the top to serve.
