Cream Pasta Soup

  1. Slice the cabbage into bite-sized pieces and cut the bacon into thin strips.
  2. Leave the shrimps to thaw.
  3. Begin to boil the pasta (cook it so that it still has a firm bite).
  4. Add the olive and oil and garlic into a frying pan and place it over heat.
  5. Once the garlic is fragrant, begin to stir-fry the bacon, cabbage, and shrimps in that order.
  6. Mix in the ingredients and let the mixture simmer.
  7. Next, pour in the broth form the pasta, along with the pasta itself, and let the ingredients simmer together for 1 minute.
  8. Adjust the flavour of the pasta soup with salt.
  9. Transfer the pasta soup to a plate and sprinkle some black pepper over the top to serve.
