Pizza Dough Recipe
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1 c. hot water
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 2 1/4 to 2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
- Pizza sauce
- Your favorite toppings
- Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water.
- Stir in remaining ingredients.
- Hand knead into a ball.
- Add in more flour if too sticky.
- Let raise for 20 to 30 min.
- Oil two 10 inch pizza pans and press the dough proportionately in each.
- Bake 2 to 3 min at 425 degrees.
- Remove from oven and cover with sauce and your favorite toppings and continue baking till done.
