Pizza Dough Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast and sugar in hot water.
  2. Stir in remaining ingredients.
  3. Hand knead into a ball.
  4. Add in more flour if too sticky.
  5. Let raise for 20 to 30 min.
  6. Oil two 10 inch pizza pans and press the dough proportionately in each.
  7. Bake 2 to 3 min at 425 degrees.
  8. Remove from oven and cover with sauce and your favorite toppings and continue baking till done.
