- 12 tablespoon dry active yeast
- 2 cups warmed milk
- 14 cup sugar
- 14 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 4 -5 cups flour
- 2 cups sweet cream
- 2 eggs

- 34 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- In a large bowl dissolve yeast in the 2 cups warm milk plus the sugar, let set 5 minutes.
- Combine with 2 eggs, butter, add flour kneading until dough is smooth and elastic, put in warm place and let rise until doubled about 1 hour.
- Divide dough in 4 pieces and roll each piece to fit a pie plate.put in pie plate and Put fruit on top of crust, (apples, peaches, prunes, rhubarb,blueberries) let rise 20 minutes.
- make the filling.
- put cream, eggs flour and sugar in sauce pan and cook medium low heat, just until thick, do not boil.
- pour filling over fruit and crust not too full leave room as it expands.
- Bake 350 about 20 minutes until filling is set and crust is lightly brown.
