Tomato-Dijon Sauce
- 1 cup onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1-1/2 qt. canned plum tomatoes, undrained, chopped
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
- 1 tsp. crushed red pepper
- Saute onions and garlic in hot oil in large saucepan on medium-high heat until tender.
- Add remaining ingredients; mix well.
- Cook until heated through, stirring occasionally.
