Strawberry Ice Cream

  1. Beat evaporated milk until thick.
  2. Beat Philly*, sugar, strawberries and liqueur; stir in gelatine mixture.
  3. Fold cream cheese mixture through evaporated milk.
  4. Pour mixture into shallow trays and freeze.
  5. Scoop into balls and serve.
  6. Apricot Ice Cream Replace strawberries and Cointreau with 1 x 425g can apricots and 1 teaspoon Grand Marnier liqueur.
