Low Cal/Fat Dairy-Free Brownies
- 34 cup cocoa powder, sifted
- 1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup egg substitute
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 12 cup canola oil
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Lightly grease your baking pan ( I used a glass pyrex).
- Sift together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and sugars.
- Stir to combine.
- Add in the rest of the ingredients.
- Stir until smooth and moistened.
- Bake 20-25 minutes, or until coming apart at the sides.
