East/West Barbecued Chicken Recipe

  1. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
  2. Place Dijon-style mustard in a small mixing bowl and whisk in extra virgin olive oil and lime juice.
  3. Stir in crushed red pepper.
  4. Pour over chicken and marinate for 30 min.
  5. Combine tomato sauce and Hoi Sin sauce; blend well.
  6. Barbecue or possibly broil chicken 20 min, turning once.
  7. Baste with tomato sauce mix and cook 3 min per side, or possibly till browned.
