Brazilian Cold Cream Soup Recipe

  1. Saute/fry leeks and onions in melted butter till onions are wilted.
  2. Sprinkle with flour, stir and cook for a few min without browning.
  3. Add in tomatoes and simmer gently for 2 hrs, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add in salt and sugar.
  5. Strain soup, cold and add in cream.
  6. Serve cool.
  7. Makes 8 servings.
