Baked Chicken Fajitas

  1. Heat oven to 400F.
  2. Place vegetables in 13x9-inch pan.
  3. Add oil and lemon juice; toss to evenly coat.
  4. Coat chicken with coating mix as directed on package; place over vegetables.
  5. Bake 15 min.
  6. or until chicken is done (165 degrees F).
  7. Slice chicken.
  8. Place on tortillas; top with vegetables.
  9. Roll up.
