Sauteed Corn with Bacon and Scallions

  1. Cook bacon in a large skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, until browned and crisp, 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Add corn; season with salt, pepper, and red-pepper flakes.
  3. Cook, stirring frequently, until corn is just tender, 5 to 8 minutes.
  4. Stir in scallions, and serve.
