Pazzo's Best Caesar Salad

  1. Place garlic, mustard, egg beaters, parmesan, lemon juice and anchovy into beaker.
  2. Place the hand blender into the beaker and blend.
  3. Slowly add the olive oil until smooth.
  4. Add the pepper to taste.
  5. In a salad bowl or on a plate place the lettuce.
  6. Add dressing and toss.
  7. Top with parmesan cheese and croutons and chicken or shrimp if using.
