7up Evergreen Punch

• 4 pints lime sherbet
• 7 (12 ounce) cans 7-Up soda, chilled

1. Spoon 3 pints sherbet into a large punch bowl.
2. Let sit at room temperature for 5 minutes.
3. Slowly pour in chilled 7-Up stirring slightly.
4. Float remaining sherbet on top and serve.
