Health-Ified Strawberry Pancakes
- 1 cup flour
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 12 teaspoon baking soda
- 2 (1 g) packets Splenda sugar substitute
- 1 cup non-fat strawberry yogurt
- 12 cup silk pure almond vanilla
- 1 egg
- 12 tablespoon oil
- 1 kiwi (optional)
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla (optional)
- Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
- In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until blended.
- Heat a nonstick skilled over medium heat.
- Add about 1/4 cup batter per pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
- *Add diced kiwi to batter or add slices when you first make a pancake, prior to flip.
