Health-Ified Strawberry Pancakes

  1. Combine the dry ingredients in a medium bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, combine wet ingredients.
  3. Combine wet and dry ingredients and mix until blended.
  4. Heat a nonstick skilled over medium heat.
  5. Add about 1/4 cup batter per pancake, cook until bubbles form, then flip and cook the other side.
  6. *Add diced kiwi to batter or add slices when you first make a pancake, prior to flip.
