PORK APRITADA

  1. Saute garlic in oil until brown.
  2. Add onions and tomatoes, cook unti soft.
  3. Mix tomatoe sauce, let it boil for 5 minutes.
  4. Add pork and rice water; let simmer until tender.
  5. When tender, add sliced potatoe and sliced carrots and cook until done.
  6. Mix salt and pepper.
  7. Season and cook for 5-8 minutes.
  8. Serve hot!
