PORK APRITADA
- 1/2 kg pork, cut into small cube
- 1 garlic, macerated
- 2 tbsps. oil
- 1/2 cup onions, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, sliced fine
- 8 cup rice water
- 2 medium sized potatoes, in cubes
- 2 medium sized carrots, sliced in cubes
- 1 tbsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 cup tomatoe sauce
- Saute garlic in oil until brown.
- Add onions and tomatoes, cook unti soft.
- Mix tomatoe sauce, let it boil for 5 minutes.
- Add pork and rice water; let simmer until tender.
- When tender, add sliced potatoe and sliced carrots and cook until done.
- Mix salt and pepper.
- Season and cook for 5-8 minutes.
- Serve hot!
