Show Me Puff

  1. Heat margarine or butter and water in 2-quart saucepan over medium-high heat to a boil.
  2. Remove from heat.
  3. Stir in flour and graham cracker crumbs.
  4. With wooden spoon, beat mixture until ball forms and leaves side of pan.
  5. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition.
  6. Cool mixture slightly.
  7. Drop batter in 10 large mounds in a ring, about 1/2-inch apart, on greased and lightly floured baking sheet.
  8. Bake at 400F for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
  9. Cool on wire rack.
  10. Carefully cut ring horizontally in half; set aside.
  11. Beat cheesecake filling, pudding mix and milk in large bowl with electric mixer on low speed, until blended.
  12. Beat at medium speed for 3 minutes.
  13. Fold in whipped cream.
  14. Refrigerate 1 hour.
  15. Fill bottom of ring with cheesecake mixture; replace top.
  16. Drizzle with chocolate.
