Double Chocolate Chess Pie

  2. Preheat oven to 175C.
  3. In a medium saucepan over low heat melt butter and chocolate.
  4. Remove from heat.
  5. 2.
  6. Blend in sugar, eggs, liqueur, flour, vanilla and salt.
  7. Beat until smooth.
  8. 3.
  9. Pour into the pie shell.
  10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until set.
  11. Cool on a wire rack for at least 30 minutes.
  12. 4.
  13. Serve with ice cream or whipped cream.
