Roasted Garlic Dijon Hamburger Condiment

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  2. Take a piece of aluminum foil.
  3. Place garlic on foil and drizzle with oil and salt.
  4. Wrap up garlic and roast in the oven for 35-45 minutes until soft and caramelized.
  5. Cool to the touch.
  6. Squeeze garlic clove, removing edible part.
  7. Mash clove until you have a smooth mash.
  8. Use 1/2 cup in following step of the recipe.
  9. Mix mustard and garlic mash together in a bowl.
  10. Add thyme, chopped pickle, juice of pickle and pepper to mustard mixture and mix well.
  11. Refrigerate.
  12. Serving suggestion: Burgers with grilled onions, portobello mushrooms and sauce to top.
