Brunswick Stew Using Hogs Heads Recipe

  1. The day before need: Boil hogs head and hens in separate containers.
  2. When tender grind hogs head and remove bones from hens.
  3. In a 50 gallon pot brown grnd beef and minced onions.
  4. Add in grnd hogs heads and hens which have been cut in small pcs.
  5. Add in catsup, lemons and red pepper to taste.
  6. Simmer for 1 to 2 hours.
  7. Add in diced potatoes, tomatoes, whole kernel corn.
  8. Simmer till mix is well blended, about 1 hr.
  9. Serves 75
