Masala Mud
- 1 pkg. (8 squares) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate, divided
- 2 cups milk, divided
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1 pkg. (7.05 oz.) European-style butter cookies, crumbled
- 1 pkg. (3.9 oz.) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding
- 2 cups whipping cream
- 2 Tbsp. maple-flavored or pancake syrup
- 1 tsp. garam masala
- 1/2 tsp. ground cardamom
- Cook 7 chocolate squares, 1 cup milk, sugar and butter in small saucepan on low heat 6 to 7 min.
- or until chocolate is melted and mixture is well blended, stirring frequently.
- Pour over crumbled biscuits in 13x9-inch dish.
- Beat dry pudding mix, remaining 1 cup milk, cream, syrup, garam masala and cardamom in large bowl with whisk 2 min.
- Spread evenly over chocolate mixture in dish.
- Shave remaining chocolate square; sprinkle over dessert.
- Refrigerate 2 hours.
