Seared Boneless Pork Loin Chops
- 2 boneless pork loin chops (I use thick cut - about 1 1/4" thick)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 salt and pepper
- Heat oil in skillet over medium heat
- Sprinkle chops with salt and pepper on both sides
- Once pan and oil is heated thoroughly, add chops
- Cook without moving for 4-5 minutes
- Flip and cook an additional 4-5 minutes
- Remove from pan and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing
- *Times may vary depending on thickness of chop
- **Internal temperature of pork should reach 145 * (after resting!)
