Baked Chicken Breast
- 2 chicken breast
- 2 tsp fresh tarragon
- 1/2 cup mushrooms
- 2 clove garlic
- 1/4 cup white wine
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 salt and pepper
- preheat oven to 400
- chop tarragon and garlic together with olive oil to make a paste.
- Massage paste all over chicken.
- place chicken in 9x9 inch baking dish.
- Add mushrooms, stock, wine and cover with foil.
- bake for 25 minutes.
- remove foil, baste breast and sprinkle with cheese.
- bake additional 5 to 10 min or until browned
