Parkernesian Tea

  1. Zest the flesh of the tamarind.
  2. Pour the water in a pot and bring to a boil.
  3. Put the different types of tea in the water and add the Yerba Mate.
  4. Add the honey, tamarind zest and cinnamon sticks.
  5. Simmer for 1 hour.
  6. Pour the evaporated milk in a cup.
  7. Strain the tea through a coffee strainer.
  8. Mix the tea with the evaporated milk and serve warm.
  9. Enjoy!
