Beef Noodle Soup Recipe

  1. Wash meat and bone.
  2. Cover with cool water; allow it to come to a boil.
  3. Skim thoroughly.
  4. Add in seasonings and whole vegetables (cleaned).
  5. Cover and simmer for 2 hrs.
  6. Remove soup from fire and add in 1/2 c. of cool water.
  7. Strain soup.
  8. Add in cooked liquid removed egg noodles and serve.
  9. Vegetables may be served with meat on a platter.
