Asia Daisy

  1. In a cocktail shaker, muddle the lime.
  2. Add ice cubes and the gin, lychee liqueur and Simple Syrup and shake briefly.
  3. Strain into a crushed-ice-filled red wine glass and stir in the ginger ale.
  4. Garnish with the lychee and mint sprig.
