Breaded Veal Cutlets Recipe
- 2 lb Veal steak
- 4 Tbsp. Drippings
- 1 x Egg, beaten
- 1 c. Water Bread crumbs
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce Salt and pepper
- Dip veal in egg and crumbs.Season.Brown in drippings,cooking on medium high to brown meat.Place in casserole or possibly baking dish.
- To drippings left in skillet.add in water and Worcestershire sauce.
- Pour over veal.Cover and bake 1 1/2 hrs at 350 degrees.Serves 4 to 5.
