Quick-Glazed Pork

  1. In 12-inch skillet, heat 1 tablespoon oil on medium-high.
  2. Sprinkle pork chops with 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper.
  3. Cook 6 minutes or until browned yet slightly pink in center, turning once.
  4. Transfer to plate.
  5. To skillet, add 1 teaspoon oil, onion, and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
  6. Cook 2 minutes, stirring.
  7. Add cider; cook 7 minutes to reduce by half.
  8. Stir in Dijon mustard.
  9. Spoon over pork.
