Harvest Turkey Sandwich
- 3 cups Kraft Sauce Works Dijon Bistro Sauce
- 48 each focaccia bread squares (4 inch), split
- 48 pieces leaf lettuce
- 1-1/2 qt. dried cranberries
- - oven-roasted turkey breasts, thinly sliced
- 144 slices Granny Smith apples, thinly sliced
- For each serving: Spread 1-1/2 tsp.
- (7 mL) of the Bistro Sauce onto each of 2 bread halves.
- Cover bottom half of bread with 1 lettuce leaf piece.
- Top with 2 Tbsp.
- (30 mL) cranberries, 2 oz.
- (60 g) turkey and 3 apple slices.
- Cover with top of bread.
- Cut diagonally in half.
