Lani's Protein Snacks

  1. Throw all the ingredients together in a food processor and lightly blend.
  2. You may need to add some water to the mix.
  3. Line a mini muffin tin with muffin patty liners and spoon the mixture into each.
  4. Freeze the mix untill solid, should be creamy.
  5. Snacks should last only a week before they start to taste floury.
