Red Pepper & Artichoke Hummus
- 14 ounces, weight Garbanzo Beans
- 2 whole Roasted Red Peppers
- 14 ounces, fluid Artichoke Hearts, Drained
- 1/4 cups Tahini
- 3 cloves Garlic, Peeled
- 2 teaspoons Red Pepper Flakes
- Combine all ingredients in a large food processor and pulse until smooth.
- Adjust salt and pepper if needed and serve with pita chips, celery or carrot sticks.
