Braised East-West Mushrooms

  1. In a medium frying pan, heat the olive oil.
  2. Add shallots, ginger and mushrooms; saute for 5 minutes.
  3. Add the soy sauce, chives, milk and cream.
  4. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes until all the liquid has evaporated.
  5. Serve immediately.
