Grown Up Harriet The Spy Sandwich (vegan)

• 2 slice of heirloom tomato, quartered
• 1 tbsp veganaise
• 1 tbsp Sweet pickle relish
• 1 tbsp dejon mustard
• 2 slice of Pepperidge Farm honey wheat bread

1. Spread veganaise on the first bread slice
2. Add tomatoes, relish, and mustard and top with the second piece of bread
3. Enjoy!
