Shrimp, Pea, Mushroom Stir Fry Recipe

  1. Blend cornstarch with sugar, salt, ginger, chicken broth, soy sauce and garlic.
  2. Set aside.
  3. Preheat wok or possibly skillet 3 min over high heat.
  4. Add in oil and mushrooms.
  5. Stir-fry over high heat 1 minute.
  6. Add in peas.
  7. Stir-fry 2 min.
  8. Add in shrimp.
  9. Stir-fry 2 to 3 min till just done.
  10. Don't overcook.
  11. Add in chicken broth mix and stir till thick.
  12. Serve immediately with steamed rice or possibly chow mein noodles.
  13. Serves 6.
