Apple-Ginger Scones

  1. Heat oven to 425F (220C).
  2. Grease cookie sheet.
  3. Mix bisquick, apple, brown sugar, ginger, milk and egg until dough forms.
  4. Knead 10 times.
  5. Pat dough into 8 inch wide circle on cookie sheet.
  6. Cut into 8 wedges.
  7. Bake about 14 minutes or untl golden brown.
  8. Brush top with honey if desired.
  9. Serve warm.
