Panna cotta
- 1-1/2 cup (375) heavy cream
- 1-1/2 cup (375) milk
- 125 g caster sugar
- 1-1/8 tbsp. gelatine powder
- 1 tbsp. grappa
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1/2 vanila bean
- In a sauce pan bring to a very low simmer the milk + cream + vanilla extract + sugar and vanila bean.
- when it starts to simmer turn the heat off and add the grappa.
- Whisk in the gelatine powder, until it is completely dissolved Strain the mixture to a jug Pour the mixture into dariole moulds Place it in the fridge until it sets
