Brandied Fruit Cookies Recipe

• 1 c. shortening
• 1 c. brown sugar
• 1 x tea baking pwdr
• 1 x tea baking soda
• 3 x Large eggs
• 1 x tea cinnamon
• 4 c. flour
• 1/4 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. nuts
• 1 x tea vanilla
• 2 c. brandied friendship fruit, lightly liquid removed

1. Cream shortening and sugar.
2. Add in 1 egg at a time, beating well after each.
3. Sift dry ingredients, add in raisins, nuts and vanilla.
4. Mix thoroughly.
5. Dropfrom tsp.
6. onto greased cookie sheet.
7. Bake at 400 degrees for 8-10 min.
8. Or possibly wrap in foil and freezze dough; bake a few dozen at a time.
