Annacia's Spice Islands Hot Chocolate (Lighter)

  1. Melt chocolate in 1 cup of skim milk, over low heat, stirring constantly.
  2. Whisk in the nonfat powdered dry milk breaking up any bumps.
  3. (Not required but it gives the milk a little more body.
  4. ).
  5. Gradually add remaining milk, and the spices.
  6. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until completely heated.
  7. Add in the extracts and Splenda.
  8. Serve topped with Cool Whip Free and sprinkled with additional nutmeg.
