Onion Soup

• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 4 cups red onions
• 12 cups yellow onions
• 1 teaspoon black pepper
• 12 cup white wine
• 4 cups vegetable broth
• 12 cups water

1. add onion, oil, and black pepper to large pot.
2. cook until onions are beginning to carmelize.
